Unfortunately some bastards don't understand other ways. Currently when the staff misbehaves there is nobody to moderate them. It allows trolls, sadists and other scam to harm the network deeply and the new tools like MAM erasure allows them to delete another, say any sort of lies. Want XMPP to be great: Fix it. ✏

If its about spam in general, it could be a generic xmpp discussion group (there are multible in different languages) or the operators channel or one of the joinjabber xmpp/operators channels
