Unlikely to have any news. The comissioner that was pushing for it got replaced and currently they don't want to give Trump an excuse to raise tariffs.

But the entire thing was DOA, with the malicious compliance by meta and apple.

I know what you mean by the malicious compliance, and some instances of companies trying to wriggle out of it entirely by insisting they don't meet the criteria

But it is not dead, it's already in law, and companies should be complying with it

As it was introduced a couple of years ago, I'm not sure why you would expect to see it in the news frequently. It's "old news" as far as most people are concerned, now.

Nevertheless, I'm sure there will be things in the news now and then, especially as some things in the DMA had extended timelines (not all of it was applicable on the day it became law)
