Is a preconfigured prosody server for invite only servers.
-
waffles
will i be able to add prosidy modules for portals?
-
waffles
im going to have an irc and other account system hooked up to this
-
Kris
Ah, it is not impossible but that isn't really a supported feature.
-
waffles
ya im willing to configure prosidy myself if it will make it accessible on other clients
-
Kris
In that case it might be better to look at the Snikket setup and replicate it with normal Prosody.
-
waffles
yeah like weve got docker containers and ansible and hetzner and all this other infra we can utilize for this its not a problem
-
waffles
the main features were looking at too are moderation features in case someone slips through
-
Kris
If you keep the group chats invite only, moderation is less of an issue, no?
-
waffles
we still need some form of spam protection in case someone has a meltie in chat idk
-
waffles
some people also type 1 word messages when they get excited so we probably want some sort of slow mode
