I don't really understand the request - the underlying encryption keys in OMEMO change frequently. Each client has one identity key per account, and most show you the fingerprint of that I'm the settings already - not sure why you need to see it permanently (how is it useful to someone composing a message?). The default behaviour is to send to all identities of the recipient, and sometimes that can be a lot - you can't fit all those in a chat view comfortably.
