again matrix has nothing to do with it. its a bad example. they are essentially close to bankrupt so they dropped all projects except gov projects. as it ot im gonna drop it.

Yeah but before that they had a run of several years where they could have made it happen if it was trivial

And it's probably not trivial precisely because you've got a whole ecosystem on your hands to migrate, on top of the intrinsic complexity of the task
