    Hello, I’m trying to find somewhere to submit CSRs for multiple domains other than let’s encrypt can anyone share any resource or where to look for tls certificates ideal for xmpp?

    You could probably look for anything that supports the ACME protocol. It's available for various corporate tools as well. https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/html/rfc8555

    Though any issues one might have with Let's Encrypt might as well extend to any provider as the fundamental issue lies with PKI in the first place
