    qwestion, if you're lucky then https://migrate.modernxmpp.org/ will work with your server, it will let you download your bookmarks (list of rooms stored on your account)

    It doesn't download room message history though - that's not stored on your account, but in each room

    Something *could* be made to do that, but I'm not aware of anything and it's out of scope for this tool
