There is a first commit (Prototype) of a new XMPP based application available. The application has an address book which can display the contacts of abook, VCards, XMPP roster and the OpenPGP keyring. The OpenPGP tab can be used to display information about the key. The XMPP tab can be used to send a signedencrypted message via XMPP-OX.
