How to self-sabotage, the "manly man"* way: 1. Put the chat newcomers read-only by default, make sure the 1st impression for them is being mistreated; 2. Never listen when your fragile ego or status quo is under scrutiny, think you are always right, everybody outside of your echo-chamber is wrong, that way you'll never learn from mistakes; 3. Follow a top-down clique design, set everybody who is like you into an admin, the more the better, this way you surround yourself with yesmen (always men) just like Hitler, your favourite bloody nazist, you sure want to end the same like he had; 4. Erase chat history from anybody you dislike, make sure to not have Collective Memory. After all, what kind of a neonazi you are if you fail to repeat one of its fatal flaws? You do want to fail the same way, very much so, and you never want to learn from. These are the 4 key aspects how dickheads make sure to suck forever and why they degrade. There is no saving this bullshit. *Patriarchy has fucked their brains.
